Once we receive your return in its original, unaltered, and undamaged state, we will inspect the items and process your refund right away.

Exclusions: Please note that small accessories, tools, liquids, and strings cannot be exchanged or refunded.

n cases where gear shows signs of use, damage, or alterations, repair costs will be deducted from your refund. A standard handling fee may also apply, and return shipping costs are at your own expense.
